Having worked in the corporate sector, Paul and Sandy specialize in Relocation Services and assist clients who are either moving into the Conejo Valley for the very first time or moving out of town due to changing career opportunities. Their main goal in conducting relocation transactions is to simplify the often-complicated corporate relocation process and to act as a liaison between their clients and the corporate relocation department. As a result of their success and knowledge in conducting relocation transactions, Paul and Sandy continue to work with corporate transferees from numerous companies such as the
following to name just a few: Amgen, Paramount Pictures, General Motors, Dole, Teradyne, Jafra and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and maintain partnerships with various Southern California industries such as: Biotech, Computer Technology, Television / Film, Law Enforcement and many others.

Prior to embarking on a real estate profession, Paul spent 15 years in Sales Management and Contract Negotiations within the electronics industry. Sandy brings over 10 years of Mortgage Finance, Loan Processing, Funding and Foreclosure expertise. In addition, Sandy comes from a 2-year affiliation with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Combined as a team, Paul and Sandy draw from over 25 years of knowledge and expertise in a variety of significant and useful real estate-related fields.
Both from the San Fernando Valley, Paul and Sandy have resided and raised their family in Agoura Hills since 1984, and with their children all grown up, they recently moved to a new home located in beautiful Thousand Oaks. With two sons, a daughter and son-in-law, a cherished grandson and one more grandchild on the way, this real estate team enjoys
spending every spare moment of their personal time with their close and loving family. As a result of their family devotion, Paul and Sandy understand the tremendous difference between a "house" and a "home."
